Abstract :
Smart Grid reflects the worldwide facing energy problem and so will be one of the largest facilities deployments. Countries gradually published their act on Smart Grid research and application, as well as utilities. This paper introduces the Smart Grid understanding in CSG, attaching with some of its development plan.
