Abstract :
The Internet has already become the vigorous development of the ´fourth media´ after the appearance of the three traditional media: a newspaper, radio and television. With this platform, many crisis events have the rapidly spread and attention since they have been put forward. Therefore, public opinion crisis is a focus that many scholars are attending on. Public crisis of the network public opinion cycle evolution is the inherent law of the network spread public opinion, it researches quantitatively that its cycle evolution is the public opinion crisis management rules of the premise and guarantee. In this paper, it researches quantitatively the public crisis network of public opinion cycle evolution rule with the typical public crisis of network public opinion case as samples. The results of the study show that: public opinion news triggered crisis index in 71.42. Before the index is the incubation period, after the index is the outbreak period, Official results response to the crisis triggered index in 57.97. Before the index is the outbreak period, after the index is the subside period.
