Abstract :
DO you remember your last encounter with somebody interfering with your exquisitely crafted organizational structure and creating a great disturbance? With a probability bordering on certainty, you have lived through such situations; they may have been linked to 1) frustrated employee, 2) the negative contrarian, 3) the former employee attempting to influence, and 4) conflicting leadership claims. In any case, interference with your organizational interfaces may easily paralyze your entire organization and prevent it from successfully doing its required work.
