Abstract :
The paper indicates that rational function matrices (RFMs) and systems (RFSs) in multi-parameters can describe linear physical systems with reality; some concepts on reducibility are presented. the state equation of the active network over RFS is developed. The structural controllability condition of a class of RFSs is introduced. An application example of the active network is analyzed to show the structural controllability condition of RFSs being significant to a linear system from the viewpoint of physics.
