Abstract :
In this paper, robust stability criterion for uncertain neural networks with time delays is investigated. Firstly, based on Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional method, the sufficient conditions for asymptotical stability of a class of neural networks are present. Then, a new delay-dependent robust stability criterion is given in forms of linear matrix inequalities technique. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of our result.
