Abstract :
To meet with high-dimensional accuracy and high speed for hot strip rolling mills in iron and steel process, a practical frequency domain design for data-based linear Tracking Differentiator (TD) filter is proposed. Based on state and differential signal estimated by TD, it is applied to the filter of width data in real time to eliminate the effects of measurement noise. Then parameters tuning method of frequency domain is put forward according to frequency spectrum given by Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). Simulation results show the proposed linear TD filter is effective.
