  • Abstract
The silicon solar cell´s current equation was described by the single diode model, it is necessary to determine the series resistance, reverse saturation current density, diode ideal factor and photo current. Based on the maximum power tracking features of the solar cells, combining with the extreme expression of cell maximum power point in I-V characteristics equation to set up a close equation group, then solve the silicon solar cell´s four parameters to educe its current equation. At the same time, this paper introduces another method based on the data of the factory. At last, it verifies the feasibility and accuracy of the proposed method by comparison of these two methods and actual data.
