Abstract :
This pap er considers the dynamical output feedback optimal controller of time varying delay system. It is complex that nonlinear matrix inequality is resolved general by finite unit decomposing. An LMI approach of γ-suboptimal H output feedback controller is presented for time-varying delay system. The outputs acts as feedback signal instead of states detected difficulty. The dynamical output feedback controller is designed based on coordinate transform and lower-order observer. The optimal control problem is shown. There is demonstrated procedure of sufficient conditions for existing the H optimal controller. The simulation results verified the validity of presented method.
