Abstract :
A new mathematical model of location allocation combining inventory control problem for fresh agriculture products distribution network is founded, which comprehensively considered factors of multi-item, deteriorating, imbalance transportation cost, inventory cost, service level, depreciation of fixed assets, and limited investment budget etc. Then, a heuristic parallel tabu search algorithm is presented, which made space partition of the feasible solution based on the limited investment budget and obtained the initial solutions of parallel tabu search based on lest transportation distance. The simulation results show that the algorithm can reduce the search space and improve solving speed effectively.
