Abstract
This paper presents the analysis and design of multi-variables fuzzy logic controller (FLC) based on the semi-tensor product of matrices. Firstly, based on the semi-tensor product of matrices, we introduce one new expression of fuzzy control rules of multi-variables FLC, which is very convenient in logic inference. Secondly, we develop fuzzy reasoning by constructing fuzzy structure matrices, and obtain a reasonable set of least in-degree control rules while the control rules are not enough. Finally, this approach is applied to design fuzzy controller based energy management and control strategy for parallel hybrid vehicles (PHV).
