Abstract :
Hydraulic turbine generator system is a coupled system which is composed by mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and other system with time-varying, non-minimum phase characteristics. Active disturbance rejection controller (ADRC) does not depend on an accurate model of the controlled object, can replace PID control technology. In this paper, we use ADRC to control the hydraulic turbine generator system. Simulation results show that ADRC can be used in hydraulic turbine generator system and it can get better performances than PID controller.
