            Abstract : 
The problem of designing H∞ controller for the singular networked control system with time-delay was studied. For the system with clock-driven sensor, event-driven controller and actuator, the regular, impulse free and stable conditions are obtained based an appopriate Lyapunov Krasovskii functional. Furthermore a less conservative and a betterH performance is obtained. An numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed designing methods.
