Abstract :
The dynamics of the permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) based wind energy system is analyzed. Under rated wind speed, the nonlinear model is established, which is affected by the randomness from wind speed. An optimal controller is designed specially for rejecting disturbances existed in wind energy systems. Finally the effectiveness and the merit of the proposed approach are shown by simulation results.
