Abstract :
Due to the merits of small size, high power density, high voltage, low self-discharge and low resistance, lithium battery can replace traditional power battery and be used in power storage system. In application, every battery can´t keep consistency after long-time discharge with high current because of difference. The result does harm to the storage system. Equalizer circuit based on flying capacitor was proposed to replace consume-energy equalizer circuit, then experiment was realized.
