Abstract :
A kind of displacement and current measuring and control system of AC radial-axial hybrid magnetic bearing (HMB) used in wind energy generation system is proposed. The configuration and the working principle of the AC radial-axial HMB are introduced. The mathematics models of the axial and radial magnetic suspension forces of the AC radial-axial HMB are deduced by using equivalent magnetic circuit method. The control scheme of the AC radial-axial HMB used in wind energy generation system is given. The displacement measuring circuit and current measuring circuit are designed. The displacement measuring and current measuring experiments have been done. The experiment results have shown that the displacement and current measuring and control system of AC radial-axial HMB used in wind energy generation system running stability and performance excellent.
