Abstract :
Power factor correction technology is widely used as it can reduce harmonic pollution to save energy and improve the power quality. This paper introduces Fuzzy-PID control method and randomized PWM technology to active power factor correction regulator of dual-loop control, a model based on Fuzzy-PID control and randomized PWM technology is established by MATLAB/SIMULINK. Simulation result shows that the improved active power factor correction regulator system can significantly improve the response speed and reduce the harmonic peaks on condition that ensuring high power factor.
