Abstract :
Environment protection calls for the more and more introduction of new energy sources and e-vehicles in our lives. As a result, power systems face more uncertainties than before which might cause security and stability issues for power systems. In this paper, we would like to discuss some topology control problems in the defense of power systems under uncertainties. Formulation of the problems, challenges and progresses will be presented.
