Abstract :
Since the traditional fault line selection (FLS) has poor reliability, the accurate FLS is an important subject to realize distribution automation. In this paper, fuzzy control decision theory is applied to make the fusion of two algorithms, which greatly improves the performance of FLS. With reference of the actual conditions in distribution network, the principle on the common single-phase-to-earth fault is put forward. The realization of FLS algorithm for the fusion strategy is presented. Based on the digital signal processor (DSP), a novel hardware configuration is explored. The simulation results show that the proposed FLS system exhibits excellent property.
