Abstract :
Conventional dynamic system (CDS) is one of effective ways to study physical engineering system, which has made a lot of achievements in promoting development of modern science and technology and improving people´s lives. However, when interest of scientists is extended to social system from pervious engineering counterpart, its limitation begin to be exposed. In order to effectively investigate analysis, prediction and management of complex social system, we have proposed linguistic dynamic system (LDS). Firstly, in this paper we briefly introduce relevant research motivation and basic concepts. Secondly, its research progress is respectively summarized in theory and application, which emphasizes on its scientific significance and social benefit. Then it discusses current existing problems and further research direction. Finally, it draws the whole conclusion.
