Abstract :
In the power system, current transformer is indispensable in power station and power substation. In China there is even a professional department to verify it. In this paper, the procedure of the auto verification system of low-voltage current transformer is discussed based on an actual project application. The time distribution on assembly line for a single current transformer, a whole case and several boxes is also analyzed respectively. Finally the time model of auto verification system is developed, and a basis and algorithm for system optimization and calculating efficiency is offered.
