Abstract :
In the light of literature, the paper analyzed the current situation and found the existed problem. Based on the above discussion, the paper put forward the strengths and weaknesses of 3 recovery modes of end-of-life vehicles, which is M, TP and MP, and then focused on the selection of end-of-life vehicles recovery modes for automotive manufacturers. The paper established evaluation index system and models for the selection of end-of-life vehicles recovery modes from 4 dimensions (finance, business procedure, learning and innovation, customer) by analytic network process (ANP) approach. Finally, the proposed approach is validated by one numerical example and gets a satisfactory result. It provides a new way for automotive manufacturers to select recovery modes in reverse logistics.
