Abstract :
In this paper, we have showed a hybrid approach to categorize the multilingual text documents using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques. To serve the purpose, we have selected decision tree technique from supervised category and clustering technique from unsupervised category to form our hybrid system DECICLUS. In our following paper, we have also done analysis of our novel approach based on maintenance, efficiency, usability (MEU) which shows that our approach have potentials for multilingual text categorization.
