Constructing Open E-learning Framework Based on Collaborative Ontology

In the era of information explosion, e-learning system must meet the challenge of flexibility and variety. The paper proposes a framework combined with web2.0 and Ontology knowledge, which is of self-reduction, self-organizing and self-evolving. Relied on the PIBS user model and stimulating mechanism, it can make learners the creators of the learning content and structure. Thus the learning systems can be more easily to update the newest and related knowledge.
