Abstract :
A multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) method, based on comprehensive satisfaction evaluations that are derived from the preference of all decision makers, is presented to solve the decision data sampling problems in a fuzzy situation where the decision data and weights of all attributes take the form of generalized trapezoidal fuzzy numbers (GTFN). First, some important properties of this new method are defined, such as the calculation rules of biased information sampling model, the definition of MAGDM, the concept and the centroid point of GTFN, the method of linguistic terms transformed into GTFN. Second, the procedure of this new MAGDM method is described in detail, a centroid-based measure is developed to calculate the distance from centroid point of GRFN to its origin point, and the ranking index of alternatives based on comprehensive satisfaction evaluations is developed to replace the measure in traditional method. Finally, in this paper, a numerical example is given to illustrate this MAGDM method.
