  • Abstract
With the previous article on organizational interfaces, there was the spotlight on the aspect of the "face" and its image in the mirror, i.e., the different organizational units that are collaborating with each other within an organization. You, as a member or the leader of an entire team, have these elements under your control through your behavior. It gets definitely trickier if we leave the more or less closed range of our own organization. We would like to highlight the aspects of the perception of an organization, by its customers and/or suppliers. In that context, the organization faces the world and needs to adapt in such a way as to position itself in a spot that enables the long-term continuation of its activities. All of this activity is inevitably linked to the external interfaces of the organization. In this paper, we are going to discuss some of these aspects and will try to stimulate the reflection of the readership on their own organization.
