Abstract :
First reference concerning feasibility of electric energy transmission by electron beams was made in Christofiloe´ [1] patents. In the Soviet Union this idea was originated by academician G.I. Budker. Several aspects of the problem were delivered to the World Electrotechnioal Congress in Moscow [2,3].
