Abstract :
As a new modern management thinking, Lean logistics provides a new development thinking for the logistics supply chain management in retailers. We can use performance evaluation to measure management effectiveness of lean supply chain. This paper creates a performance evaluation system from five perspectives based on the balanced scorecard, and proposes the evaluation model based on the rough set theory and neural networks. Through the case, this performance evaluating method is proved that it has better feasibility and accuracy, and it can offer the scientific basis for the lean supply chain management.
