Abstract
Considering the demand that the State Grid Corporation cultivates Special and important scientific and technological achievements which match the strength of the company and the high-end leading talents, a major scientific and technological achievements decision support system based on the data warehouse and data mining technology is designed and realized. The paper first reviews the domestic and international development status for the decision-making support system. And then the overall system architecture and the data processing are presented. Finally, the realization of the system functional modules is described detailedlly. The system proposed improves the information level of the original reward system. Meanwhile, it achieves the goals to analyze and mine the development trend, put forward the directional advices, and nurture the major scientific and technological achievements.
