Abstract :
A multistage generator with a voltage adding in a forming line is considered. The influence of generator parameters and a synchronization system on the output pulse are evaluated. The application of the generator for ICF studies within the “Angara” program is discussed: for the compression of light liners and for the receiving light ion beams.
