Abstract
The measurement of transfer path to aircraft systems is useful for the analysis of interferences caused by electronic devices in the cabin. This paper presents transfer path measurements performed for different systems in two research aircraft. In addition to the common worst-case results, statistical results are provided with cumulative distributions, which help to understand the coupling behavior and carry out a probability assessment of interferences. The influence of the measurement configuration on the measured transfer path is also investigated by changing antenna position, polarization and size, as well as by comparing results recorded inside and outside a hangar.
