Abstract :
Finite element models of a simplified vehicle-like structure have been used for preliminary investigations of the likely impact of vehicle bodyshell materials and structures on in-vehicle low frequency magnetic fields, such as those associated with currents flowing on the power cables of electric vehicles. The simulations reported here consider frequencies up to 500 Hz.
