Abstract :
In this paper, by review of optimizing parameters and its application in mobile networks are trying to mention effective factors, so as to improve network performance and increase the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) coefficient. In this case, software such as TEMS and Mapinfo will greatly aid and facilitate.
