Abstract :
Recently, the permanent magnet type linear synchronous motor (PM-LSM) is used as a driving source in transportation systems. In order to apply to the source of the power of the long-distance conveyance equipment, an intermittent stator PM-LSM (ISPM-LSM) has proposed. However, it is necessary to prepare an inverter for every stator by intermittent arrangement. Then, although the changing method for driving two or more stators with one inverter was proposed, there is a limit in changing time and a new change circuit using IGBT is proposed in this paper.
