Abstract :
We focus on a power conditioner which converts generated power by Photovoltaic (PV) cell to power available at home. We have studied a small scale wind power generating system which emulates PV cell characteristic. In this paper, we propose PV cell emulating method and verify feasibility of the proposed method by an experiment, and present how to connect the emulating system with PV cell.
