  • Abstract
This article questions the government action of distribution of educational laptops, PROUCA (One Computer per Child Project), in the UCA Total context. We analyzed the practices of the Education and Science and Technology Ministries, which operate complementarily under the policy of socio-digital inclusion. This scientific investigation aims to observe the pedagogical and technological configuration in order to discuss the movements that have been triggered by the insertion of these educational laptops in the life of the UCA Total City - Tiradentes -MG. The results show some weaknesses in the educational laptop configuration and in the implementation process of the project, which makes the inclusive totality a target under construction.
