Abstract :
The year of 2013 is quickly passing by, and taking this opportunity, I would like to wish all our Chapter off cers, Society members, and Magazine readers a great new year ahead. Near the year´s end, I hope to remind our members to renew your IEEE membership if you have not done so. It is also time for our Chapters to summarize Chapter activities for 2013, and to submit the 2013 AP-S annual report. An updated template for preparing the 2013 annual report is available on the AP-S Chapters Web page (http://www.ieeeaps.org/chapters.html), and will also be communicated to Chapter Chairs in the near future. It may be mentioned that submission of the 2013 annual report is necessary before a Chapter can apply for f nancial support from the Antennas and Propagation Society for 2014.
