Introduction

Integration of science and technology into the classroom at an early age is imperative for sustaining participant interest in formal science education in later grades. Also, when older kids conduct science without realizing that they are actually doing science they seem to have a much better attitude towards science and scientific processes later in life. The following activity uses that premise to bring basic ideas of design and data collection to a wide spectrum of ages.
