  • Abstract
    The very fact of HCEB use includes real prospects in solving a number of problems facing physics today. HCEB accelerators have been developed for thermonuclear studies at the D.V.Efremov Institute with pulse lengths from tens of nanosecond to hundreds of microseconds.
