Abstract
At the High-Current Institute a pulse electron-beam accelerator with water dielectric is performed. The machine operates simultaneously with the diagnostic system which is intended for study of plasma processes accompanying the beam focusing in diode. The accelerator is operated at a voltage level of 500-700 kV, peak current is 250-330 kA and pulse duration is 70 ns at the matched regime.
