Abstract :
1. It is of considerable interest to investigate the dynamics of relativistic electron beam (REB), since a number of important scientific and application problems can thus be solved [1,2,3,4], The fact that the energy of very high density can be transported by REB is of essence here. The implementation depends on the properties of beam and medium which it propagates.
