Abstract :
The economic and trade ties between Taiwan and the Mainland under the background of the global economic integration. This paper made an analysis of the development of Fujian ICT based on relevant articles in Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement (ECFA) with the starting point of ICT features and borrowing the ICT development experience in Taiwan to discuss the improvement path of ICT industry in Fujian Province.
