            Abstract : 
Based on the integer linear programming optimization method, and combining the features of specific issues in the government stock bidding, this paper proposed a novel method for government stock bidding agency personnel restructuring based on integer linear programming approach (MGSBAPR-ILPA). In addition, an empirical study was performed based on the proposed theory.
