Abstract :
When the frequency-hopping (FH) radios´ frequency switches, there are transient signals which can be used to identify the specific FH radio. To extract the frequency-switch transients, a linearity detector based on the FH frequency trajectory acquired by time-frequency analysis is proposed to locate the change points between two stable signals. The FH signals that are captured in the real-world environment are used to test the performance of this method.
