Abstract :
There are some quality and safety problems for material management in the construction project. Based on material batch mapping, we design a traceable model for material quality in this paper. in the model we define the traceable object (TOB). Based on traceable batch record and coding step by step, the model defines the batch quality feature (BOF). Based on the BOF, the model associates material supply chain through symbolic traceable objects. Then, this paper proposes three mappings of the material batch. Finally, we build the traceable system of material supply quality to in the construction project. the system achieves the tracking and tracing of material quality in supply chain. then through the instance of application, validity and feasibility of the proposed model are proved.
