  • Abstract
For the long-span track seeking of the dual-stage actuation system, the micro thermal actuator (MTA) is easy to reach the input limits. Thus, the anti-windup method is applied. It shows that using the anti-windup compensator, the dual-stage actuation system is able to retain stable when the MTA saturates.
