  • Abstract
In this paper we applied two process diagnostics (Conformance Checker and Performance Analysis) based on Prom process mining tool. In this paper, we used conformance ProM plugin in order to detect discrepancies between the flows prescribed in a students´ registration model and the actual process instances (flows) in one of the universities in Thailand. Furthermore, we extended the models with performance characteristics and business rules. Our aim was to know whether the model and the log conform to each other or not. As a result, analyzing the gap between a model and the real world both helped us to detect violations and to ensure transparency. It worth to mention that, some of the information in the text are extracted from the book “Process Mining: Discovery, Conformance, and Enhancement of Business Processes” by Wil Van Der Aalst and from the website www.processmining.com.
