Abstract :
Two improved methods of accurate measurement of resonant devices´ resonance characteristic are presented. One method is based on variable sampling rate and point number, the other is the system function of the resonance. Compared these two methods, the system function of the resonance completely eliminates the frequency spectrum leakage, and then proves the correctness of this method by theory and experiment. The results show that the method of the system function of the resonance greatly improves the measuring accuracy as the same as the good real-time and realizability.
