Abstract :
The Method of Moment (MoM) is introduced to calculate the bistatic scattering efficient (BSC) of a stack of two one-dimensional Gaussian rough surface with a perfectly electric conducting (PEC) object for horizontal polarization. The two rough surface separate three lossless and homogeneous media. A cylinder was located above the two layered surface. The efficiency of this work is derived by comparing with the existing models, which are special cases that include a PEC object located above a single-layered rough surface and single-layered rough surface only without an object.
