  • Abstract
    This paper presents a method for the construction of active circuit´s macromodel based on frequency data obtained from an electromagnetic simulation or measurements. This method applies the rational function to the active circuit macro modeling and introduces a correction coefficient to rectify the Spice equivalent circuit macromodel of active circuit. The macromodel of active circuit can improve the efficiency of EMC simulation.
