Abstract :
During September 2010, China carried out the project of summer ionosphere heating experiments in Tromso, Norway. In this paper, based on the analysis of observation data which comes from incoherent-scatter radar, the abnormal disturbed characteristics of ion line spectra caused by heating experiments in September 13th are analyzed mainly. The results show that there is an increase of ion line spectra in whole heating period and according to analysis of incoherent scattering of abnormal spectra, electron density and electron temperature are enhanced obviously. The increase of electron density is up to 48% while that of electron temperature is about 27%. It can be seen that the possible mechanism of formation of abnormal spectra of VHF is scattering enhancement caused by the artificial field-aligned which comes from the upper hybrid resonance.
